All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Issues: Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We understand that things can sometimes go wrong. Here’s how we handle common shipping issues:

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:


  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If it’s still missing after 3 business days, contact us at info@resetnaturalskincare.com.
  • We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, in most cases, offer a replacement or store credit.

 

Delayed Deliveries

 

  • Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are unfortunately out of our control.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us.

 

Stolen Packages

 

  • If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with the carrier and local authorities.
  • While we are not liable for stolen packages marked “delivered,” we will do our best to assist and offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged Packages


  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the items and packaging.
  • We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund based on the extent of the damage.

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
