Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we understand that things don’t always work out. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
